How do we solve these situations and what is needed to develop a professional attitude, even when the other party's attitude is anger and aggression?

How do we train in conflict management

We know that from our experience as consultants, that what’s often lacking is comprehension. Its deeply rooted in culture, life, challenges in the work place, and the ability to express one self. 

The aim of the curse is to ensure that knowledge and insights into what causes conflicts and at the same time offer tools that can prevent it. The group will receive insights into what it takes to communicate and resolve conflicts with respect for everyone's needs. We will teach you to speak, think, listen and increase awareness of how our different cultural backgrounds affect how we behave. It’s all about being concise and at the same time being available for listening. The risk of miscommunication, resistance, and difficult conflicts. During the training day, you will learn to handle difficult situations in a constructive way, process theory-work in a reflectively way, and work with practical exercises to reach an increased understanding.
